We are a boutique human resources advisory business with a focus on developing practical
people solutions that meet your business needs, are sustainable and contribute to your business
achieving improved profitability. We provide specialist Human Resources support to growing businesses that are passionate about taking their business to the next level. We service clients in and around Orange, Bathurst, Dubbo and the Central West. We can also provide support to businesses outside the Central West, depending on the level of support required.

We seek to understand the unique issues your that are holding your business back from achieving
its desired results. Some of these challenges might be staff turnover; employee engagement;
employee performance, leadership development, attracting and selection of candidates, keeping
abreast of changing employment legislation; or employment policy reviews. We develop and

Sarah Low

Sarah Low is a passionate Human Resources professional with a number of years of HR generalist
experience working in large, international firms including Crowe Horwath, KPMG and Julia Ross.
Sarah has a commerce degree majoring in Human Resources and Marketing. Sarah’s experience sits
predominantly in the professional services sector, and her skills & experience diversify into any
sector & business size. Sarah’s approach is to consistently deliver simple, practical, commercially
aligned HR solutions to businesses that improve people practices and impact on growth &
profitability.  Sarah focuses on a genuine partnering approach with business leaders to ensure the
right people solutions are delivered. Sarah finds it both rewarding & satisfying to build trusted
relationships & know that she has been able positively influence & implement initiatives that make a
difference in the workplace.
